I was the sole undergraduate recipient of this prize for a report on digital misinformation during the LA protests, published in The Fulcrum.
1st place, General Category, for a comparative analysis of the Catholic Church's institutional response to military repression in Chile and Argentina.
2nd place, First-Year Category, for a report on mass incarceration and private prisons.

As a features writer for Scholastic, Notre Dame's student magazine since 1867, I report in-depth stories on the academic and social questions shaping campus life. I write for both the News and Perspectives sections, pairing interviews with faculty and students to show how big conversations play out on the ground at Notre Dame.

I write "Below the Dome," a reported opinion column examining the gap between Notre Dame's institutional claims and its actual practice, with a focus on the international student community. Previously, I served as Social Media Editor from August 2025 to February 2026.

I interned at one of Brazil's most influential radio and TV networks, writing and producing on-air news briefs for radio broadcast and reporting breaking news live to air. My coverage of the 2026 elections spanned radio, digital, and social media. Beyond broadcast, I published written reports and articles across digital platforms and wrote YouTube video descriptions and social content. I also contributed to a flagship interview format, holding candidates and public figures publicly accountable through in-depth, on-record questioning.
